Record customer preferences for labels in the customer detail page (Receivables > Entry Froms > applicable customer category). The table below explains each field and option on the page. During order entry, these preferences will automatically appear under the Labels tab, but you may override them.

| Tag Color/Pattern | Select a unique color and/or pattern for this customer, for instance, green polka dots |
| Label Style | This corresponds with the styles you've created in Label Inventory > Entry Forms > Label Styles |
| Customer Name | Enter an abbreviated name to print on compact-size labels |
| Tag the Order | Check if customer has requested labels |
| Plastic Tag | Check if the customer wants products tagged with a plastic strip label |
| Print Labels | Check if the customer requests a printed label |
| Custom Tag | Check if the customer requires custom tags (this is common for mass merchants) |
| Have Logo? | Check if customer wants company logo printed on label |
There are several types of grids you can generate to help you find those products requiring tags. These grids draw upon customer and product records to give you a comprehensive view. After selecting a method, follow the subsequent steps.

| Enter Customer Product Tag List | Use this method to manually enter each product, creating a custom list. When the list is complete, go to Print Customer Product Tag List to print tags/labels. |
| Print from a List: Product | Click "Find" to generate a comprehensive product list. Sort the list or filter data to find the products you're looking for. |
| Print from a List: Order | Enter an order number to view a list of products associated with that order. |
| Print from a List: Truck | Enter a truck number to view a list of products associated with orders on that truck. |
| Print from a List: Mass Pull | Enter a mass pull number to view a list of products associated with orders on each truck. |

*Note: Columns with no data in them will print as blank spaces on the tag.
